4. Process flow chart of palm oil extraction production line
The wet fiber cake contains wet fiber and wet palm core, and the wet fiber also contains 6-7% of oil and fat and some water. Before processing palm kernels, the kernels and fibers should be separated. First, the wet fiber and the wet palm core are broken up. Most of the fiber is separated by the pneumatic fiber separation system. The kernel and a small part of the fiber and large impurities are further separated by the polishing drum. The separated palm core is sent by the pneumatic conveyor system After entering the core silo, the core is crushed by the shelling machine. After the crushing mixture separation system, most of the shell and kernel are separated, and the remaining shell and kernel mixture is separated into a special mud bath separation system for separation. After the above process, pure palm kernels can be obtained (shell content in kernels <6%), and then sent to kernel drying bin for drying. When the moisture in the kernel is 7%, it is sent to the kernel storage bin for storage. Usually the total kernel amount after drying is 4%, so the palm kernel will not be pressed until a certain amount is collected. The separated palm nut shells are sent to the shell silo as backup fuel for the boiler.
After passing through the vibrating screen and sand settling tank, the palm crude oil is sent to the crude oil tank for heating, and then pumped into the continuous clarified oil tank for separation. The clean oil enters the clean oil tank and the dirty oil enters the dirty oil tank. After that, the dirty oil is pumped into the dirty oil centrifuge for separation, and the separated oil is sent to the continuous oil tank again; the clear oil is sent to the clear oil centrifuge for dehydration, and then enters the vacuum dryer, and finally the dried oil is pumped into the collection tank.
