Rice hull generator production technology is maturing
Currently, rice husk power generation methods commonly used by rice processing enterprises are divided into rice husk gasification power generation and rice husk direct combustion power generation. There are three kinds of rice husk (biomass) power generation technology routes,
3.1 Rice Husk Gasification Power Generation
Rice husk (biomass) raw material enters the gasification furnace through the feeding equipment. Under the heating effect of the high-temperature circulating material in the furnace, it performs a gasification reduction reaction with the air passing through the bottom to produce high-temperature gas with a heating value of 5000kJ/m3. The ash and slag are continuously discharged through the spiral slag separator, and the high-temperature gas produced by the gasification contains a small amount of dust and tar and other impurities. After the dust removal treatment, it directly enters the combustion equipment. The high-temperature gas and the secondary air are completely combusted by the burner. The high-temperature gas generated by the combustion drives the gas turbine to work and drives the motor to generate electricity. The high-temperature flue gas generated by combustion can be exchanged with the medium, or directly mixed with cold air for drying, and the flue gas is discharged to the atmosphere by the draft fan through the chimney.
Scope of application: rice husk gasification generator set, the maximum installed capacity of a single unit is 800kW, the parallel use of the generator set can reach 2000kW installed capacity, and the 200~800kW installed unit is the most widely used. Main advantages: less investment, short construction period, and quick results. Main shortcomings: The unit maintenance workload is large, and there are phenol-containing wastewater that needs to be treated.
3.2 Rice husk direct combustion power generation
Rice husk directly enters the steam boiler for combustion. The cold air is preheated by the fan, and after heating, it is introduced into the isostatic air chamber by the air duct and then enters the furnace. The flue gas is cooled by the economizer and air preheater, and then exhausted from the chimney to the atmosphere by the draft fan of the electrostatic precipitator. The generated superheated steam enters the gas turbine, and the gas turbine works to drive the generator to generate electricity.
Scope of application: Rice husk direct combustion power generation technology is mainly suitable for large-scale biomass utilization projects (more than 1500kW installed capacity), especially when it is combined heat and power is more economically applicable. Main advantages: high efficiency, can realize industrial production. Main disadvantages: high investment, not suitable for small-scale rice factories.
3.3 Technical parameters
After theoretical calculation and actual measurement, the average power consumption of 1kWh consumes 1.5~1.89kg of rice husk. When the rice is processed, the amount of rice husk is calculated at about 20% of the processed rice, and the generator assembly machine capacity can be selected according to Table 1.
3.4 Comprehensive utilization of rice husk power generation
(1) Extraction of gas vinegar. In the power generation process, a fixed-bed gasification process is used to extract vinegar liquid for sterilization and disinfection, which can replace pesticides. At present, the technology is mature.
(2) The use of an air extraction condensing unit to achieve combined heat and power production can improve fuel utilization and save energy.
(3) Use of rice husk ash. Rice husk ash with high carbon content can be used as thermal insulation material in the iron and steel industry, and can also be used as a cement additive. The current market price is 600~1500 yuan/.
(4) Utilization of cooling water of the unit. The temperature of the cooling water of the internal combustion generator is around 80, which can be used for heating.
4 Rice husk power generation potential is huge
Rice husk power generation is an energy-saving and environmentally friendly project. Not only is it environmentally friendly, it is more important to use rice husks that are discarded and easily pollute the environment as raw materials, and the power generation cost is low. Under the current situation of increasing energy tension, in Southeast Asian countries and major rice-producing countries in Africa, popularization and application of rice processing enterprises or rice husk collection sites with a certain scale will produce significant economic and social benefits.
