Straw burning generator
Straw burning generator, straw is a good clean and renewable energy, is one of the new energy with the most potential for development and utilization, and has good economic, ecological and social benefits. Straw power generation is a kind of power generation method that uses crop straw as the main fuel, and is divided into straw gasification power generation and straw burning power generation.
The straw burning generator uses crop straw as a traditional energy conversion method. Direct burning has the characteristics of low cost and economic convenience. It can be used for small and medium-sized enterprises, schools, governments and township residents in the main crop straw production area for winter heating.
Straw burning generator uses straw as a good clean and renewable energy, and it is one of the new energy with the most potential for development and utilization. It has good economic, ecological and social benefits. In the process of biomass regeneration CO2 and CO2 absorbed during biomass regeneration reach carbon balance, which has the effect of zero CO2 emissions, and has potential contribution value to alleviate and ultimately solve the greenhouse effect problem.
The working principle of straw burning generator is a kind of power generation method using crop straw as the main fuel, which is divided into straw gasification power generation and straw burning power generation. Straw gasification power generation is the combustion of straw under anoxic state and chemical reaction to produce high-grade, easy-to-transport, high-efficiency gas, and then use these gases to generate electricity. However, the straw gasification power generation process is complex and difficult to adapt to large-scale applications, and is mainly used for smaller-scale power generation projects. Direct straw burning power generation is the only practical way to achieve large-scale application in the early 21st century.
Straw burning generator is one of the most important forms of straw optimal utilization. With the promulgation of the "Renewable Energy Law" and the "Renewable Energy Power Generation Pricing and Cost Sharing Management Trial Measures", straw power generation has attracted much attention, and straw power generation is showing a rapid growth trend. Straw is a good clean and renewable energy. The calorific value of every two tons of straw is equivalent to one ton of standard coal, and its average sulfur content is only 3.8‰, while the average sulfur content of coal is about 1%. In the process of biomass recycling, it will have an important contribution to alleviate and eventually solve the greenhouse effect problem
1. Direct burning of straw to generate electricity
The process of direct combustion power generation is: biomass and excess air are burned in the boiler, the generated hot flue gas exchanges heat with the heat exchange components of the boiler, and the generated high-temperature and high-pressure steam expands in the steam turbine to work to generate electrical energy.
2. Straw co-firing power generation
Hybrid combustion power generation includes: direct hybrid combustion power generation, indirect hybrid combustion power generation and parallel hybrid combustion power generation, of which direct hybrid combustion power generation is the main application. Direct mixed combustion power generation is the combustion of straw fuel and fossil fuel in the same boiler to produce steam, which drives the steam turbine to generate electricity.
3. Straw gasification power generation
Gasification power generation is the gasification of straw raw materials in a gasification furnace to generate combustible gas, which is purified and supplied to an internal combustion engine or a small gas turbine to drive a generator to generate electricity. Generally, the scale is small and most of them are not larger than 6MW.
The generator and the boiler must be consistent in terms of start-up, part load and stop operation. It is very important to coordinate the work of the boiler, generator set and condenser.
After the wet flue gas purification system, install a bag filter to collect the fly ash in the flue gas. The emission of bag dust collectors is less than 25 mg/Nm3, which is much lower than the soot emission level of coal-fired power plants in China.
Straw usually contains 3% to 5% ash. This ash is collected in the form of boiler fly ash and ash/stove bottom ash. This ash is rich in nutrients such as potassium, magnesium, phosphorus and calcium, and can be used as an efficient agricultural fertilizer
